No wedding is complete without a good band.
The Cutting Edge is no ordinary wedding band, but a complete musical experience guaranteed to please. We are Scotland's rockiest wedding band!
Comprising 5 professional musicians, The Cutting Edge delivers an innovative and imaginative mixture of lively Ceilidh dances and Rock covers to satisfy every taste.
Where nearly every other wedding band has one musical area of competence (ceilidh or rock), The Cutting Edge is the master of both. The unique line-up of accordion, lead and bass guitar, drum kit and keyboards ensures that all musical genres are covered with distinction. Why settle for ceilidh music played by a keyboard player using an accordion sound when you can have the real thing!
“Here was the The Dashing White Sergeant suddenly transformed into a Latin American samba: the accordion was playing the same tunes but the rhythm - ah, the rhythm! - was subtly changing the dance steps from pas de bas to pasa doble, and you could swear that even in Scotland in February you felt the sun on your back.“ - Review Scotsman Newspaper.
